For nearly a decade, we’ve been helping contractors, facility managers, and property owners improve services. We do this by monitoring and managing equipment. Our solutions use sensor, networking, and machine learning technology applied to existing or new assets…our IntelliTend Product-as-a-Service platform. We currently improve service for commercial scent, air quality, propane, equipment monitoring and more. If it moves, flows, or uses electricity, we make servicing it easier.

Our Roots in Connected Devices

Our story began in the heart of New England, where our team worked with engineers from top institutions like MIT and WPI to rethink connected devices. After creating several connected device products, we realized the industry was solving the same problem over and over, namely how you connect a device to the cloud and manage it. Much like cloud computing created a simple, common approach to building the digital infrastructure for companies, we created a Product-as-a-Service platform to make it easy to connect and manage any device. The result was a “plug and play” approach that led to a significant reduction in cost and time-to-market for launching connected device services.
